Overview

The Economic Law training program aims to equip learners with comprehensive competencies that meet the Level 6 learning outcomes defined in the Vietnamese Qualifications Framework (issued under Decision No. 1982/QĐ-TTg dated October 18, 2016, by the Prime Minister). These competencies are tailored to the specific characteristics of the Economic Law discipline and aligned with the mission, vision, and development orientation of the Vietnam Women’s Academy, which strives to become an “application-oriented” higher education institution.

Through a well-rounded foundation of knowledge, skills, autonomy, and responsibility, the program is designed to foster, strengthen, and develop professional legal practice capabilities, with a specialization in Economic Law. It aims to meet the demands of employers and stakeholders seeking qualified law graduates.

In particular, reflecting the unique identity of the Vietnam Women’s Academy, the program also provides learners with in-depth and comprehensive knowledge of gender issues and gender equality. It promotes positive attitudes and proactive actions to advance gender equality in both real-life contexts and future professional practice.
