During the visit, the Prime Minister had a working session with the leaders and officials of Vietnam Women’s Union (VWU), the Board of Management of Vietnam Women’s Academy (VWA), and the staff, employees, and students of the Academy. The Prime Minister reviewed a report on the activities, development orientation, and outstanding achievements of VWA in recent times through a short but impressive video clip. The Prime Minister highly appreciated the role of VWA in training high-quality human resources, especially in the fields related to women, gender equality, and social development.

The Prime Minister also visited the facilities of VWA, including the Traditional Room – where the formation, development and strong growth of VWA are preserved, the mock studio – where students carry out communication projects and create content, the robot-control demonstration area, one of the highly applicable technology projects that VWA is focusing on. These achievements not only reflect strong investment in training but also demonstrate VWA’s strategic vision in approaching modern technology trends. The active participation of students in the fields of science and technology not only demonstrates the diversity of the training program but also demonstrates the efforts to promote innovation and entrepreneurship, towards the goal of sustainable and comprehensive development of the Academy.

The Prime Minister’s visit is an opportunity for VWA to affirm its position in the Vietnamese higher education system. With the mission of training female cadres, female cadres, and training a young, dynamic and qualified female workforce, the Academy has become a trusted address, not only in the field of education but also in research activities and community support. Master’s and doctoral training programs and research topics on women and gender equality have helped VWA create many practical values for society.

The Prime Minister’s working session is not only an opportunity for VWA to look back on its development journey, but also a great motivation to continue to innovate and improve the quality of education and training. The attention of the Prime Minister and senior leaders is a strong source of encouragement, helping the Academy to continuously develop and contribute to the development of the country, especially in the work of women and gender equality.

The visit left many deep impressions, affirming the pride of VWA in its impressive journey of 64 years of communication and 12 years of knowledge and technology integration.
