The leader of the delegation is M.A. HA Thi Thanh Van – Vice President of Vietnam Women’s Academy (VWA), together with representatives of the Labor Union and Youth Union of VWA, have presented 50 gifts to representatives of 50 families under preferential treatment policy in Duong Xa commune and 20 gifts to those families in
